On one of the library computers is a sign with the message: This computer apparently doesn't save to disk. Below that, scrawled in messy capitals, is MAYBE CUZ ITS 30 YRS OLD. My stifled laughter sounded insane in the quiet library, full of the concentrated silence of people rapidly checking their email and hard at work playing pinball.
